Looking after Max at his parents' wedding in the beautiful town of Ronda, Spain, was an experience I will always treasure. As my very first destination wedding, it was incredibly special to be trusted with caring for him while his family celebrated such an unforgettable day. Before the wedding, I met up with Max on two separate occasions so we could get to know each other and build a bond. By the time the wedding day arrived, we already felt comfortable together, making the day feel relaxed and natural from the very beginning.

As the ceremony wasn't until 5:00pm, Max and I spent the day exploring Ronda together. We enjoyed delicious tacos, sipped on strawberry drinks, played games and took in the beautiful surroundings before getting ready for the celebrations. It was such a lovely opportunity to give him my full attention and make the day just as exciting for him as it was for everyone else.

I stayed with Max throughout the wedding celebrations until midnight, when his grandparents took over for the rest of the evening. My role was to ensure he felt safe, happy and included while also providing quiet moments whenever he needed a break from the excitement. It was a privilege to be part of such a beautiful destination wedding, and one that will always hold a special place in my heart as the very first wedding for The Wedding Nanny Teacher. 🤍
